当院での単孔式胸腔鏡手術（Uniportal VATS for Lung cancer）を紹介します。

単孔式に特異的なテクニック（Major techniques）

■ カメラは創の頭側端を使う。
Keep the scope rod at the top edge of the insicion.
■ 斜視の角度を使って鉗子の干渉を防ぐ。
Keep large angle of oblique viewing to surgeon's approach to avoid interference between scope and forceps.
■ 曲がった吸引管や吻合器を使う。
Use cueved sucker and stapler.
■ 長さの違う器具を使って手の干渉を防ぐ。
Use instruments with different lengths to avoid interference of hands.

補助的なテクニック（Minor techniques）

■ 細いカメラ、鉗子、吻合器を用いる。
Use thinner videoscope, forceps, and stapler.
・当院では5mm, 30度のカメラを使用。
■ 対面式モニター視、術者による視野展開を行う。
Use upside-down monitors, and surgeon develops surfical field by themself.
・これらは、当院では３ポート胸腔鏡手術と同じ。
